SWAN HILL

EASTER has arrived and Swan Hill Bowls Club are keen to receive your last-minute entries.

Bowling visitors to the town are most welcome to enter.

Contact Bill King by calling 0428324083 or call the bowls club on 5032 1772.

There are different events for the three days of the carnival. Each day’s play commences at 12.30pm, entry fee is $15 per player including afternoon tea.

Entries close at 10am on the day of play. Teams and single entries accepted.

The program is as follows:

Friday – any-combination three-bowl pairs.

Saturday – any-combination two-bowl triples. Sunday, take a rest.

Monday – any-combination three-bowl triples, no fooling around.

Prizemoney each day, aim for a resting toucher. First one in each game, goes in the egg hunt. Draw for lucky cards if you are present after the game.

The profit from the raffle will be donated to the Royal Children’s Hospital Appeal.

If you can’t play bowls, come on down for afternoon tea and do your bit for the RCH by taking part in the spins.

It would be appreciated if members could provide a plate of afternoon tea, on any one of the days.

Friday Frolic will return next week.

A number of Swan Hill bowlers have taken part in the Racecourse Country Care Classic this week.

Players still in club games need to finalise their games as soon as they can.
